Payments Counsel - Global Fintech Compliance & Licensing

Rain is seeking a Payments Counsel to join its growing Legal team in Washington, DC. You will advise on U.S. and EU payments regulations, draft commercial agreements, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Business Development to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires a JD with 5–8 years of relevant fintech/regulatory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex rules into practical business guidance. Remote options are limited.
