divh2Job Opportunity/h2pThe person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors, and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary. Responsibilities include greeting everyone that enters the building and providing direction and guidance as necessary, assisting residents upon their arrival in the building, logging vendors in and out, acting as a liaison between residents and management, answering incoming calls professionally and taking accurate and detailed messages, fielding resident questions, concerns, and complaints, and providing additional support to the management team as needed. Ability to learn about the local area and community to help residents better and guests. Saturdays Sundays multiple shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Pay Rate: $17.
