Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• 2–3 years OR experience required
• 2–3 previous travel assignments required
• Orthopedic experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Robotics experience (must be able to pass robotic arms in and out)

OR Details

• 9 Operating Rooms
• 1 Procedure Room
• 1 Hybrid OR
• 35–45 cases per day

• Trauma
• ENT
• Vascular
• Urology
• Podiatry
• Hand Surgery
• Robotics (Da Vinci & ROSA)
• Pediatrics (Dental & ENT)

Call Requirements

• One weekday on-call rotation (7 PM–7 AM)
• One weekend call per month (24 hours)
• Holiday call rotation as needed
• 30-minute response time when on call

Floating

• May float to Outpatient Surgery

Scheduling

• No self-scheduling for travelers
• Block scheduling may be discussed if it meets unit needs

Orientation

• 1 week orientation
• 3 shifts
