Keep the clinic running smoothly: maintain organized records, manage daily schedules, track supplies, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. Represent TheraWest well: communicate with kindness, consistency, and integrity in every interaction inside and outside the clinic. Support a great patient experience: make sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and valued from their first visit to their last. Who You Are A friendly, clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people. Confident guiding conversations and answering questions. Highly organized and comfortable managing a busy front desk.
