Location Chesapeake, VA. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician Helper to join our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a high level of customer service. Job Responsibilities Help technicians diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment, to identify repair and replacement needs. Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units according to specifications with supervision. Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs. Help technicians maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers. Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered. Perform all jobs with safety first in mind. Accountabilities Continual learning and development through the FirstCall Academy to maintain industry‑leading skill levels. Deliver elite customer service to reinforce FirstCall as the first call for HVAC needs. Qualifications Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record. Active EPA certification preferred. Availability to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Overview Competitive weekly pay.
