prorated offer rate * Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more Inpatient /GI Hospitalist Track: Purely Inpatient, No Clinic Duties Located at St. Cloud Hospital Endoscopy Unit & Inpatient Rounding Focus: Dedicated hospital-based practice covering only inpatient GI consults and procedures—no outpatient clinic duties. Specialized Support: Work alongside a highly skilled interventional endoscopy team that handles complex cases, so you can focus on general GI consultations and inpatient procedures while ensuring seamless access to tertiary-level interventions. Tertiary Care & Program Development: Play a role in building a national model for rural tertiary GI care, where complex procedures are delivered locally, avoiding unnecessary patient transfers to urban centers. Academic & Research Opportunities: Be a part of expanding GI training and research through the University of Minnesota CentraCare St. Cloud Campus, with opportunities for collaboration in postgraduate education and research with the University of Minnesota GI Division in Minneapolis. Position Highlights: * Week On / Week Off Rotation (or two weeks on/two weeks off, if preferred) Enjoy a consistent schedule supporting work-life balance. * Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team of GI professionals committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. * 1:5 average call schedule Night Coverage: During your on-weeks you will be responsible for night call. This is off-premise call, meaning you are not required to remain on-site. However, you may be called in to perform urgent/emergent procedures, scheduled in the OR, that cannot wait until the next day. (Average 15%) Weekend Coverage: Saturday: Urgent inpatient procedures requiring anesthesia are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Endoscopy unit. Sunday: Emergent procedures are scheduled in the operating room.
