A&R Complete Auto Care is looking for a proven sales professional who wants their performance to directly impact their income.

If you know how to build trust, communicate value, overcome objections, follow up, and close sales, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required. We can teach automotive. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell.

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: No Saturdays or Sundays
Location: Clarksville, TN

This is a performance-driven position with $65,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential for a successful Service Advisor. Stronger performance creates greater earning opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Our technicians identify what a customer's vehicle needs. Your job is to turn that technical information into a conversation the customer understands and help them confidently make decisions about their vehicle.

You will:

• Build relationships and earn customer trust
• Present repair and maintenance recommendations
• Explain value and help customers prioritize repairs
• Build and present estimates
• Ask for the sale
• Handle objections professionally
• Follow up on declined recommendations and unsold work
• Maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the production team
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

You do not have to come from the automotive industry.

We would rather hire a proven salesperson with the right drive and teach them automotive than hire someone with automotive experience who is uncomfortable selling.

You may be a strong fit if you have succeeded in:

• Automotive sales or service
• Powersports
• Furniture or appliance sales
• Wireless sales

• High-ticket retail
