CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

WFI International Division of Bonney Forge, the leading manufacturer and supplier of integrally reinforced branch connection fittings to the power, oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, is looking for a CNC Machinist. Primary Responsibilities:
• The CNC Machinist is responsible for the set up and operation of (CNC) VTL, lathes, and NC Mills.
• Check work center status at the beginning of the shift and report any issues to the supervisor in charge.
• Validate programs as required by producing a proof part for review.
• Perform own first article inspection and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform in-process inspections of production parts to maintain and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform setups, edit programs and run production of parts.
• Use precision gauges, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the essential duties.

Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Blueprint reading skills and measuring instruments knowledge required
• 1-2 yrs. Experience on CNC Lathes and/or Mills.
• Experience running VTLs or HBM preferred
• Preferred 2+ years of experience on machining.

Pay: From $20.00 - $21.00 DOE per hour
