Key Highlights Lead the delivery of best‑in‑class veterinary medicine, ensuring consistency with professional and ethical standards. Oversee patient safety, quality of care, and client communication to maintain excellence in medical outcomes. Partner with hospital leadership to shape and execute clinical strategies that support growth and sustainability. Guide and mentor veterinarians through ongoing education, case review, and feedback. Active or eligible licensure in Ohio. 5+ years of progressive veterinary experience, ideally with previous leadership exposure.
