Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room to facilitate surgical procedures
• Maintaining sterile fields and strictly adhering to infection control protocols
• Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants during operations
• Managing surgical equipment efficiently before, during, and after procedures
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring readiness for each surgical operation

• Keeping accurate surgical records and documentation throughout the process

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certifications Needed:

• Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
• BLS certification (or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire)
