Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate

to join our dedicated team at Hickory Grove Post Acute in Gallatin, Tennessee. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to leadership staff

Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including maintaining a clean and organized living area

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans

Requirements Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Tennessee

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
