Process obtained orders, keeping customer informed and expedite internally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries timely via telephone and/or email and log interactions in Salesforce case management system. Inquires may include but are not limited to: parts lookup, pricing and availability, quoting, ordering, shipment tracking, etc.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer and/or dealer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting individualized performance metrics and targets.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Perform additional duties as assigned or required.Qualifications:Good communication in English & Spanish, verbal & writtenBasic computer experienceExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsDetail-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual able to work well independently and in a team environmentMust be willing to work a flexible schedule between 8 am - 5 pm and possibly overtime on weekdays and/or weekends.Mechanically inclinedEducation/Certification/Training: High school diploma or equivalent1 + years of experience in customer serviceOn-the-job trainingWork Environment/Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch; frequently required to push and pull.Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, peripheral, and the ability to focus.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a typical office environment; occasionally exposed to noise, dust, and chemicals.
