Fiscal Specialist/Supervisor

Adecco has partnered with Morrow County Area Transit to identify a qualified Fiscal Specialist/Supervisor to oversee key financial operations while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Position Overview

This full-time position plays a critical role in managing the agency's financial operations and supervising staff. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Regular, punctual attendance is required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency's fiscal officer, handling:

• Accounts payable & receivable

• Budget tracking, balancing accounts, and financial reporting

• Procurement and inventory tracking

• Supervise and support staff, ensuring expectations and training requirements are met

• Oversee payroll processes, personnel files, and onboarding support

• Work with ODOT on grant reimbursement requests and required reporting

• Maintain compliance with county policies and procedures

• Coordinate with County offices (Auditor, Commissioners, Director)

• Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for leadership

• Act as backup for other supervisors when needed (including dispatch, drivers, and operations)

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of accounting experience

• At least 1 year of experience with typing, keyboarding, or word processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records

Pay Details: $18.17 per hour
