Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Description Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members. Assist with coverage and claims related questions. Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products. Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution. Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner. Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned. Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood. Skills & Qualifications Tech savvy. Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations. Computer literacy. Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently. Empathy is crucial for success in this role. Prior healthcare experience is preferred. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Roseburg, OR. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
