Workday Expenses - Sr Associate - US or Canada

Responsibilities Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees. Qualifications Minimum 2 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Skills & Experience Workday Financials Certification Expertise with implementation of Workday Financials and Workday Expenses Excellent communication skills – both oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism Prior experience/exposure to Higher Education or Healthcare industry clients Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration Strong analytical skills and tools such as Excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies Position Level Senior Associate Country United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing Co
