$300K+ Total Compensation | 20% Bonus | $20K Sign-On
This is a high-performing primary care opportunity designed for physicians who want exceptional compensation, manageable patient volumes, and a mission-driven care model without sacrificing work-life balance.
Were working with an established, value-based healthcare organization serving adult and senior patients across the Los Angeles metro area . The practice emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and population health, supported by robust clinical teams and modern systems.
