Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CF) - School-Based
Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District in Pasco County, FL to hire onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for School-Based W2 contracts to support schools in Wesley Chapel, FL working 28 or 35-hours-per-week to support Middle School or High School for the 2026-2027 School Year. Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.
Competitive weekly compensation is based on experience, school district budget, and traveler status.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
