A Day in The Life of an Associate As a Yard Operations Associate you will be responsible for providing efficient operations of one or multiple yards which may include operating equipment, loading, and unloading product and executing standard receiving and shipping processes. Provide spotting duties for equipment operators Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials Inspect all equipment used daily Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery What’s in it for You Wesco is not just a job, but a company where you can learn, develop, and build your career! Offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
