Our organization is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist with specialized fellowship training in movement disorders to join the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center , which is part of the Department of Neurology .

You will become a vital member of a bustling outpatient practice that caters to a diverse range of patients experiencing various movement disorders. The center is also engaged in an active clinical trials program and has a strong emphasis on collaborative research, providing an excellent opportunity to integrate clinical responsibilities with academic pursuits.

We are in search of an individual who exhibits enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and a dedication to patient care and education. Experience in managing deep brain stimulation and administering botulinum toxin therapy is highly desirable.

• Focus on outpatient movement disorders with a significant volume of referrals
• Engagement in clinical trials and collaborative research initiatives
• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team focused on Parkinson’s disease and related conditions
• Teaching opportunities for neurology residents and medical students
• Participation in conferences, case discussions, and curriculum development
• Support for scholarly activities and professional growth

• Experience in managing patients undergoing deep brain stimulation
• Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders
• Interest in fostering academic and research initiatives

• MD/DO or equivalent with board certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Completion of a fellowship in Movement Disorders
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State
• Strong passion for education and mentorship
