OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Brockton, MA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is looking for solo OTR CDL A drivers out of Brockton, MA to move HazMat shipments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks with hazmat endorsement for chemical and fuel loads
- Perform thorough inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Comply with all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- Work closely with dispatch for delivery coordination
Earn 65 CPM plus 4 CPM for HazMat miles, average 2,500 miles weekly, driver-friendly late-model trucks with sleepers, APUs, and inverters, reliable in-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
