Technical Skills Knowledge of therapy procedures, equipment handling, and manual techniques. Interpersonal Skills Should enable professional interactions with patients, families, and staff. Physical Demands Significant standing, lifting over 50 lbs, transferring patients over 100 lbs, and various movements. Additional Requirements Exposure to potential hazards is possible.
