• Willingness to work as a Case Manager and oversee IEP compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and parent involvement
• Maintain organized student records and documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Support students’ academic, social, and behavioral development
• Communicate regularly with families to build strong partnerships
• Manage assigned caseload with attention to detail and a student-centered mindset
