Duties Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling Bakery items Operating the Bakery mixer Maintaining Bakery high standards for product freshness and sanitation Assisting in other duties as assigned Duties Cake Decorator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling Bakery items Operating the Bakery mixer Maintaining Bakery high standards for product freshness and sanitation Assisting in other duties as assigned Working Conditions Cake decorator’s duties are performed primarily on the Bakery manufacturing floor. But may include being exposed to various temperature changes and work environments. Work includes walking, standing, bending, lifting and carrying products weighting up to 60 pounds.
