Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Urology
• Valid PA State Medical License
• DEA Certification
• ACLS and BLS Certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience, with 2 years preferred
• Proficiency in procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, lithotripsy, and minor surgeries
• Excellent communication and rounding skills in inpatient settings
• Ability to handle high patient volumes and work effectively in a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EMR systems like Cerner and GE Centricity
• Additional certifications in minimally invasive urological procedures
• Prior experience working in a hospital environment supporting a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice in urology
• Demonstrated ability to work in busy, high-volume healthcare facilities

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support 24-hour call shifts, including holidays with pay rate multipliers
• Ability to obtain emergency privileges within 1-2 weeks
• Flexibility to support specific scheduled dates as outlined in the assignment
• Must adhere to all hospital policies, including licensure, certification, and credentialing standards
