H-E-B Store Department Lead

As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, and food safety. Additional department-specific responsibilities may include overseeing production planning and execution of supporting processes, applying advanced knowledge of current trends in beauty, overseeing a specific area of the business, serving / packaging products at customer's request, educating customers on preparation / reheating instructions of prepared foods, performing lead responsibilities for the department, and strong knowledge of nursery field. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Education: Associate's degree (AA), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 6+ months of related experience and / or training, or combination of equivalent education / training
Licenses/Certifications: Completion of Company Orientation, food safety and sanitation training, and eCommerce Online Ordering training
