Maintenance MechanicPay Rate: $34.48 - $40.31Sign On Bonus$1,000 after 30 Days$500 after 6 months$500 after 1 yearRotating Shift ScheduleNight Shift Schedule (6pm -6am)Work Location: 1900 8th Street NE, Austin MN, 55912The Job You Will Perform:Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS.Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment.Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures.Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance.Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years).Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing) and work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE.Strong mechanical skills and aptitudeStrong troubleshooting skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulicsAbility to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devicesThe Skills You Will Bring:Strong mechanical skills and aptitudeStrong troubleshooting skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulicsAbility to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
