What You’ll Do As Plant Manager, you will oversee all day‑to‑day plant operations while driving continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to achieve operational goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve productivity Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence Allocate labor, equipment, and resources effectively to maximize plant performance Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long‑term operational goals Oversee scheduling, maintenance, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production workflows Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability Support employee engagement, performance management, and team development What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced production setting Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing industries Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training Experience with ERP or production management systems (Amtech experience is a plus) College degree preferred Leadership Traits That Succeed at L&M Safety first mindset Leads by example Build trust and accountability Balances customer needs with operational execution Knows when to coach, delegate, or jump in to help Brings energy, urgency, and positivity to the team Thrive in a growth‑focused environment Why Join L&M Corrugated?
