Key Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic evaluations, and crafting tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently (based on your qualifications)

Educational Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Ohio
