Senior Project Manager

Company Overview:

Our company provides very specialized services to different industries in Oil & Gas, Environmental Remediation, Manufacturing, Power and Construction. We provide solids-liquid centrifuge separation systems and water treatment solutions out of our Bakersfield, CA main office. We cover a large geography West of the Mississippi with a strong Focus on the West Coast and the Southwest.

Job responsibility:

• Manage field personnel
• Design and execute jobs (equipment and personnel)
• Oversee job rig ups, rig downs and manage jobs in the field
• Take full ownership of projects, manage subs and communication with clients on their job sites
• Ensure safety at the job site and manage safety requirements and compliance
• Responsible for job profitability
• Generate daily field reports as needed
• Equipment preparedness and inventory management in our Bakersfield facility
• Manage orders and logistics with vendors (equipment, products, transportation…)
• Other duties as needed. We are a small company and everybody wears many hats.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the industry
• Experience managing crews on industrial projects
• Experience with centrifuges
• Experience with water treatment is a plus
• This position is based in Bakersfield. We are looking for candidates from Bakersfield. Candidates from the greater Los Angeles will be considered if they have the right experience.
• Extensive driving in California and travel throughout the west coast & the SW (up to 70% travel).
