Bistro Server Bartender

Bistro AttendantThe Bistro Attendant is to prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, Specialty coffees and serve/prepare food in accordance within the brand's quality and control standards. To assist in the overall duties of the daily operation of the F&B department including meeting banquets to efficiently serve all hotel patrons in a courteous and professional manner. To maintain proper sanitation at all times as per local health department regulations and guidelines. Candidates should have flexibility.ResponsibilitiesReport to the Chef or the shift supervisor at the beginning of your shift.Complete duties as assigned by the Chef.Assist the Chef or shift supervisor in checking for proper food and taste.Check staffing levels. Inform appropriate staff members of any call outs and notify of any changes.
