Show Map Location 5616 Prairies Edge Lane,Granite Falls, MN, 56241,United States Base Pay $20.00 - $24.00 / Hour Description What You'll Do Coordinate and execute casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, and special events. Support entertainment events, VIP functions, bus tours, and group activities. Assist with loyalty program promotions, kiosk campaigns, and free play offers. Manage event logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination. Track promotional performance and prepare event recap reports. Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Support sponsorships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives. Maintain promotional calendars, records, and inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn casino marketing systems. Ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.
