THE ROLE

This is an outside sales, commission‑based position (exempt) across all locations. As a Design Sales Consultant, you will run in‑home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, all on the same visit. We set you up to succeed: company‑generated leads supplement your pipeline, and every new hire completes a paid training program before stepping into the field. You will learn a proven in‑home sales methodology. We start new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact and to be rewarded for it. Candidates for this role must be located in either Colorado, Utah, Georgia, or Texas.

WHAT YOU EARN

On‑target earnings of $100,000–$200,000 annually, earned through commission on closed sales. This commission‑only position has no cap on earnings. The stated range represents a good‑faith estimate of what a consistently performing employee can expect to earn based on average job sizes and typical sales activity. Individual results will vary. No earning cap—your effort sets the ceiling. Paid training from day one. Consistent performers build strong, predictable income, often within the first 60 days.
