MLS/MLT Opportunity

Looking for a new opportunity in the laboratory?

A hospital outside of Amherst, MA is seeking an experienced MLS/MLT to join its clinical laboratory team.

Position Highlights

Full-time | Days, 6:00 AM2:30 PM
Rotating weekends
$29.27$38.67/hour
Potential $10,000 sign-on bonus
Generalist role across all clinical laboratory areas
Perform testing, QC, troubleshooting, and analyzer maintenance
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections
Work with routine, urgent, and STAT testing

What We're Looking For

MLT: Associate degree in science + approved clinical training
MLS: Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science/medical technology or related science + clinical training
ASCP, AAB, HEW, or AMT registration preferred depending on pathway
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Comfortable working independently across multiple laboratory areas
