Director, Clinical Project Management - Oncology

IQVIA

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Project Management Director to lead complex, global oncology clinical trials and programs. The role involves strategic oversight of study delivery, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, quality execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Direct execution of large, complex multi-regional clinical studies ensuring quality, speed, and cost optimization
Develop integrated study management plans and operationalize project delivery strategies
Serve as primary contact with customers and manage key stakeholder relationships
Lead cross-functional teams, set performance objectives, and mentor less experienced staff
Monitor financial performance, manage scope changes, and identify revenue acceleration opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
12+ years relevant experience with minimum 8 years in project management
Deep knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP regulatory requirements
Expertise in oncology therapeutic area and IQVIA solutions
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strategic problem-solving and financial management capabilities
