Loan Officer (Entry Level Sales)

Key Responsibilities Consult with borrowers to understand their financial goals and guide them toward the right loan program Originate and structure residential mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo) Manage leads and active pipeline from application through submission Set clear, accurate expectations with borrowers and Realtor partners Maintain proactive communication throughout every transaction Build repeat and referral business through trust, responsiveness, and execution Operate in full compliance with all federal, state, and company guidelines Ideal Candidate A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and makes people feel taken care of Experienced in sales, account management, or a client-facing role — mortgage experience not required Organized and disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management Coachable and eager to learn an industry with real earning potential Team-first mindset with a process-oriented approach Unlicensed candidates welcome Qualifications Background in sales, customer success, financial services, or a relationship-driven role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Genuine interest in the mortgage industry and a drive to grow your knowledge Real estate, fintech, or marketplace experience a plus — but not required $13.73/hr base + uncapped commission | On-target earnings of $120K–$260K annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
