Equipment Technician

Core Purpose To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Expectations and Duties Reporting to Sr. Equipment Technician Oversee 4-6 clubs Complete scheduled preventative maintenance per the schedule in OpenWrench on all equipment including massage chairs and hydro beds Complete timely repairs on all equipment Manage and close tickets in OpenWrench Complete required manufacturer certifications when available (may require out of state travel) Maintain inventory and extra parts to ensure quick resolution and repairs Complete required equipment checklist and inspection upon all visits to clubs Manage local equipment service vendors Manage and maintain company vehicle, keeping a clean and organized inventory Complete preventative maintenance on drink coolers Desired Experience and Qualifications 3 years basic mechanical work experience Must successfully pass background check CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire Must have a valid Driver’s License Must maintain local, State or Federal personal vehicle insurance minimums, whichever is greater Must maintain a clean motor vehicle record throughout employment Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations Use of personal vehicle for business mileage: must carry a valid driver’s license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations California Pay Range : $28.50 USD - $33.68 USD Benefits and Perks A highly energetic and collaborative team A management team that cares about your professional development Free membership for you and plus one family member Discounted Personal Training, and merchandise – including supplements Employee referral program Daily Pay offered - access your funds before payday Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay* Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, and Employee Assistant Program are offered!* 401(k) + Company matching!* Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment EōS Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
