Quality Analyst (Science/Foods)

Our client, a leading player in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Quality Analyst Location Chicago, IL (ONSITE) Pay Range $22.00 - $30.00 hourly W2 Contract 1 year (extension possible) Details Perform quantitative and qualitative product and ingredient analyses while maintaining accurate reporting. Review and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with critical factors, specifications, and regulatory policies. Assist in the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs. Provide training to plant operations personnel on Quality programs to promote safe and effective production. Lead sensory evaluations of materials and finished products, making necessary formula modifications to maintain quality. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Bio Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of factory experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Familiarity with quality and food safety programs, including HACCP and SSOP. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
