Tiny Triumphs Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time position allows for flexible remote work, offering telehealth services to a diverse client base. Work Environment\nThis role operates primarily in a telehealth setting, allowing therapists to connect with patients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred locations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patients' needs. This remote setup not only increases accessibility for clients but also provides our therapists with a supportive and collaborative virtual environment, where teamwork can thrive.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to better understand each patient's unique experiences, ultimately informing personalized treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the cultural and individual needs of your clients, ensuring their mental health care is both effective and respectful. \n
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns and foster resilience among patients. \n
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate a holistic approach to mental health treatment. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, helping clients to navigate their challenges effectively. \n
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take control of their health. \n
- Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and other necessary records, adhering to all legal and ethical requirements. \n
- Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions, fostering continuous learning and improvement. \n
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided. \n
You will work with a diverse array of clients, focusing on populations including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. The ability to navigate and relate to clients from various backgrounds is crucial, as it directly impacts the trust and relationship built between the therapist and the patient. You will have the opportunity to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n
- Possess a deep understanding of mental health disorders, as well as evidence-based treatment approaches that prioritize cultural competence. \n
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on inclusivity and cultural responsiveness is essential. \n
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain calm in high-pressure situations. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in necessary computer applications related to telehealth services. \n
- A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting. \n

- Previous engagement in community-based mental health programs or advocacy work. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
