Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in the vicinity of the JFK Medical Arts building. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic procedures based on physician requests. The radiology technologist is responsible for providing technical support during radiographic exams, assessing patient conditions, operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining necessary medications. The position includes opportunities to rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology, ensuring the production of high-quality diagnostic radiographs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as an Xray Technologist, relevant educational background, no minimum experience required, location within the designated area, ability to work nights and weekends
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced diagnostic radiology procedures, familiarity with radiographic equipment maintenance, prior radiology technician roles
• Additional Information: The radiology technologist will perform both basic and complex diagnostic procedures, supporting physicians with technical expertise. The role involves rotating through various areas within diagnostic radiology to broaden experience and expertise.
