Post Doctoral Fellow - Materials Science & Engineering Clemson University: College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences: Materials Science & Engineering Location: 4319 AMIC Open Date: Apr 09, 2026 Description The primary responsibilities are to conduct research on critical minerals and materials (e.g., production/separation/recycling of battery and/or rare‑earth materials), write scientific papers/file patents, assist the PI in writing proposals to secure funding, and mentor graduate students. Qualifications Candidates should have a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, physics, or related disciplines.
