Senior Hardware Engineer (Board & Systems)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Design and bring up high-performance DPU boards and modules — schematic through debug on real silicon.

What you'll do:

• Own schematic design and layout oversight
• Bring up boards and debug at the bench
• Run design verification and margin testing
• Support DFM/DFT with manufacturing engineering
• Document designs and drive ECOs

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years board-level hardware design
• High-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, SerDes) experience
• Strong lab/debug skills
• BSEE

Pay range: $130,000 – $165,000 per year
