Position Details Compensation Update: Higher Pay Now + Scheduled Raises Ahead! We’ve increased the salary range for this position to stay competitive and attract top talent. Candidates hired into this role will receive: New, higher salary ranges now in effect: $111,550.40 – $143,457.60 + Excellent Benefits Three market-based compensation range adjustments (January 2027, July 2027, July 2028) Cost-of‑living increases of 3% in July 2027 and 3% in July 2028 Annual performance reviews with increases of up to 5% Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range. Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience. Full-time, regular position 9/80 work schedule with alternating Friday off Minimum Qualifications Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Education/Training Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in engineering or architecture with specialized coursework related to area of assignment. Experience Four years of professional engineering experience related to area of assignment including one year of administrative and/or lead supervisory responsibility. License or Certificate Possession of registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver’s license. Regulatory Knowledge — You're familiar with applicable regulations, codes, policies, and permitting requirements and help ensure compliance.
