As a lead solution architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting technical architectures and design approaches supporting project needs. Through your leadership as Technical Direction Plan (TDP) Lead, we'll help transform the way your customer uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with engineering, architecting, or integrating complex systems for Federal, DoD, or large-scale technical programs
• 5+ years of experience leading solution design, architecture development, technical implementation planning, or security-informed system design for high-complexity environments
• Experience directing architecture activities across multi-site or multi-stakeholder project operations, ensuring alignment with mission priorities, scalability targets, and enterprise security frameworks
• Experience designing and deploying DoD-compliant implementations of PKI, DNS, DHCP, or NTP
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, 802.1X, SD-WAN, and wireless RF design
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies

• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with RF engineering and systems integration
• Experience with test procedures and test reports
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as Python and Ansible
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering
• CompTIA Network+, Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification, or 5G Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
