Credit AnalystA community bank in Rifle is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Garfield County and the Western Slope. You'll work closely with loan officers on underwriting and risk rating, with a path toward lending or credit leadership.Responsibilities:Spread and analyze financials for commercial, real estate, and ag borrowersAssign risk ratings to new loans and watch existing credit linesWrite clear credit memos that support lending decisionsAssist with month-end, regulatory, and loan review reportingSupport compliance with loan policy and exam requirementsHelp train and mentor newer team membersQualifications:Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsA year or more as a bank credit analyst preferredComfortable with spreadsheets and financial modelingStrong writer and clear communicatorWants to grow into lending or senior creditCompetitive salary and bonus.I work with banks throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region and frequently hear about analyst and credit openings before they reach the market.
