ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to support our Cyber Mission business unit located in Annapolis Junction, MD. Peraton supports multiple products that automate manual tasks so that mission customers can focus on more complex issues. The team employs Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to ensure that high-quality, reliable software is delivered to the customer. The position is to be performed at contractor facility which allows for flexible work schedules. In addition, the opportunity for teleworking is available based on tasking and customer approval.#MDFSPQualificationsShall have a total of at least twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, and problem diagnosis/resolution.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field is highly desired. A Master's degree in a Technical Field will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience. 16 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
