Description

The Beauty Educator’s primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. The Beauty Educator provides exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits. The Beauty Educator supports multiple brands and store locations.

Key Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships.

Show up on time.

Achieve your sales goals.

Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.

Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.

Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.

Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Requirements

2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
Excellent retail selling and education background
Strong communication skills
Proven team player
Professional conduct in-store
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
Passion for people
Passion for education
Passion for the retail community
Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
Must have a cell phone
Must be able to pass a background screen
Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
