Role Responsibilities
- Deliver continuous, comprehensive care for families and individuals, from children to seniors.
- Address chronic conditions, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-centered approach.
- Perform physical exams, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with care teams, mental health specialists, and other professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in quality improvement efforts to boost patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and current patient information.
- Facilitate care through both in-office visits and virtual appointments for patient convenience.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for an active Texas medical license (if not already possessed).
- BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on preventive care.

- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient with EMRs and telehealth technologies.
