BMW of Tampa We are hiring Luxury Sales Advisors. Our average yearly pay ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 with potential for higher earnings depending on skill level. Position Overview Join a fast‑paced, rewarding team in Tampa, Florida. Luxury sales experience preferred, but no experience is required if you have strong work ethics and reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide luxury vehicle sales by identifying and pursuing customer needs. Maintain accurate and timely customer records and ensure follow‑up. Use telephone, text, and email techniques for effective communication. Deliver 110% customer experience, actively listening and solving issues. Collaborate with team members for continuous improvement. Work required Saturday shifts and some Sundays. Requirements Previous automotive or luxury vehicle sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and phone skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, organized, and detail‑oriented. Positive attitude and high energy. Basic computer skills and ability to follow dealership processes. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Previous call‑center experience an asset but not required.
