Area Manager of Operations

Responsibilities:- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, guidance and career development to group of practice managers focused on day to day practice operations to promote teamwork and high-quality patient service.Cultivate a patient-centric environment, focusing on smooth operations and efficient patient flow.Conduct P&L analysis and manage budgeting. Implement financial strategies to improve profitability.Provide training and development opportunities for practice leaders.Monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and profitable operations.Oversee and execute the on-boarding and transition of new practice partnerships.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in a multi-site leadership role5+ years of dental or healthcare operational experiencePreferred Skills:Previous Dental Practice Management experienceHealthcare Operations experienceProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
