Responsibilities Manage and plan cases from start to finish, including discovery and court appearances. Conduct thorough research and draft legal documents with precision. Collaborate with legal support staff to efficiently manage cases. Assist and supervise less experienced colleagues as needed. Qualifications California State Bar License. Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. Detail-oriented and proficient with technology.
